Frank adjusted our tour since I had to use a wheelchair, but we still accomplished seeing Kowloon, Victoria Peak, Stanley shopping area, Sampan ride and the delicious Chinese dim sum lunch. He is proficient in English and was able to answer all our questions. His driver was great in maneuvering the drive to Victoria Peak and avoiding traffic wherever possible.
